Okay, so about 3 weeks ago I became a vegetarian. ( hiddenfaceoffood.com ) and I really don't like vegetables, so I have eaten everything except that. ( Well, mostly junk food. ) I have been starving all day long!! I am also VERY tired.. I got 11 hours of sleep.. and then took a nap for 4 hours!! I am really hungry right now and I just ate 1 pop tart, a bowl of ice cream, a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich, and half a cup of sprinkles..I'm only 10..and I really want to be a vegetarian!!!! I also ate a bag of beef jerkey ( organic ) and I feel really really guilty.. 🙁 🙁 🙁 :(… what do I do? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't be one. I just started 3 days ago and its hard (but I'm still being one). Maybe you lack nutrients that meat & vegetables provides you.
To be a vegetarian you must have strong willpower.

well you have to stop eating JUNK food and start eating REAL food

tell your mom to cook you up some beans and rice, or pasta, lentice, tofu or something like that that has protein and is actually good for you, you CANT go on just eating junk food, if you DONT like vegetables and DONT want to eat them, then you cant be a vegetarian, if you REALLY want to be a vegetarian then you HAVE to eat vegetables, even if you dont like them and you have to eat REAL meals, like what i said.

Ok, firstly, having over 12hrs of sleep is really weird, unless you have jet lag.

Umm…about the tired thing, since you're only 10 and going vegetarian, it's not that good for your body. You're still growing, so you actually NEED the Iron that is in alot of meats. Iron is the stuff in your body that helps make red blood cells. If you're low on Iron (like me) you'll be extreamly likely to feel really tired and weak.

Anyways…possibly you're hungry because of the sudden change of food. Your stomach recognizes the food you eat everyday, and if you suddenly stop eating that food/ALOT of that food, your stomach recognizes that as well. If you're not that…slim, you could try eating healthier stuff every once and awhile, or play sports! 😀 But, if you feel guilty of eating meats, because of eating animals, then, well, like the first paragraph, meat gives you iron, so…yeah.
