Is Egg a meat? Is Milk a "meat"? According to Vegetarians?

Asked: Is Egg a meat? Is Milk a "meat"? According to Vegetarians?

I consider myself to not eat "meat" for breakfast ever, but I regularly eat eggs.

I was going to answer someones question about good "vegetarian" breakfasts, but then I realized that vegetarians MIGHT consider egg a meat.

So, Vegetarians: is egg a meat?

Now that I write this question, what about Milk products? Is Milk a "meat"?

I am going to presume that Fish is in fact a meat.Is this correct?

I specifically wanted to hear answers with respect to Vegetarian ideology (not Vegan).

How do we lose weight as a couple?

Asked: How do we lose weight as a couple?

Me and my wife are tired of being out of shape! I used to work out all the time, in the Marines. But now that I am out, there are some many temptations out there and so many reasons not to lose weight. I weigh about 315lbs but seriously I dont look it. I think I look pretty good. I am a bigger guy, but thats because i used to lift very heavy. So im porportioned right. And my wife weighs about the same as i do but she hasnt worked out since high school. Basically she can barely run for long. Anyways we are both sick of it and want a change! BUT…where do we start? I know we gotta change our diet but with so many options out there, they say cut fat, cut salt, cut pork, cut beef, cut milk, etc… what can I eat? I am no way gonna be a vegetarian so thats out of the question. but there has got to be a place me and my wife can start. and then we need a workout routine. one that can be easy enough for her but hard enuf for me. I would say five days a week but I think thats asking for failure.

Also me and my wife are having sex like literally once a week. And she admitted to me the other day its because she doesnt like her body. To me she looks the same as the day we met. but we i look at older pics i can tell in both of us. When we met, i weigh like 280 and she weighed like 270. so we are a bigger couple. I would love to lose like 50 pounds, same as her. any ways….help us please. oh our age is me 27 her 24. we have been big our entire lives.

What do you think about eating organic eggs?

AnimalsAreAwesome Asked: What do you think about eating organic eggs?

Okay, so i am a vegetarian for animal rights reasons. I would like to stop eating dairy and egg products because i know how poorly the animals are treated and how cruel their living situations are. Heres the thing: I have 3 beautiful hens kept in a roomy chicken coop in my backyard. They are very happy and lay eggs as a natural part of their cycle. Its normal under the circumstances they are living in. I understand why commercial eggs are wrong to eat and inhumane, but what do you think of eating your own hens eggs? These hens are very happy and are going to lay their eggs no matter what so i dont see whats wrong with eating them. Otherwise all of their eggs would just pile up and go to waste because none are fertilized because we dont have a rooster. Do you think i can be vegan with the exception of only eating the eggs from my own hens?
