Need some advice!! How can I shape up? I feel like my body has completely changed since I was 18.
I'm a tall girl. 5'10 and currently about 140 and 34 26 39
I use to be about 128-133. High metabolism and I've been a vegetarian since I was 15. I'm now 21 and I fee like my body has lost its spark and kinda flabbed out. What can I do to tighten up my tummy? It always feels like its sticking out and flabbing up. Same for my thighs and inner arms in my armpit/cheast area.
What are some excesizes or tips I can use to get back into shape?

You're actually not overweight at all, your weight is very appropriate for your height. Infact 123-133 is a bit under weight for a girl of 5'10".

You can tone up by running, doing pushups and basic things like that since it appears you have a good diet.
